Meet The Team: Foram

Meet Foram, the newest member of the Amplify team as a Communications Coordinator and Content Creator. Born and raised in India, she moved to Canada to further her education and explore new opportunities.

Foram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media and Communications from the University of Mumbai, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from University Canada West.

“I’ve always had a thing for storytelling—whether through visuals, writing, or creative concepts. My passion for creativity and communication is what led me into this field, and I feel lucky to be able to do what I love every day,” she said.

Since joining Amplify last November, Foram has enjoyed the mix of creativity and strategy, making each day exciting and dynamic.

“No two days are the same, and that’s what I love most about it! On any given day, you’ll find me crafting blogs and press releases, designing social media posts, reviewing websites, coordinating award submissions, or jumping in to support our clients with whatever they need,” she explained.

For her, every project brings new learning to the table. The knowledge that her work helps clients amplify their impact in their communities and industries gives her a genuine sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.

Foram’s infectious positivity and can-do attitude have also made for a smooth transition into the team. Without a doubt, her favourite part of working at Amplify is the supportive environment and genuine care for clients.

“I was inspired by Aleece and how she’s built such a powerhouse business while staying grounded in purpose. That really resonated with me, and I knew I wanted to be a part of it,” she said. “It’s been an amazing experience so far! The energy here is so positive, and I’m constantly learning and growing. Everyone is so supportive, uplifting, and genuinely kind. It makes work feel less like “work” and more like a collaboration with people who’ve got your back.”

Among Amplify’s core values, flexibility resonates most with her, allowing her to work seamlessly from a different city.

“That kind of trust and freedom is something I really value—it allows me to give my best without being tied down to a location,” she added.

Outside of work, Foram loves to travel, explore new places and soak up nature – with no devices in sight! On a sunny day, you'll likely find her on a quick hike to clear her mind and unplug. To fuel her creativity, she also enjoys painting and socially connecting with people, finding inspiration in meaningful conversations and shared experiences.

For those interested in entering the field of communications, Foram’s advice can be summarized in a few simple but powerful words: “Be persistent, keep honing your skills, and never stop creating. Most importantly, trust the process and enjoy the ride!”

In addition, she truly believes that surrounding yourself with people who inspire you and help you grow makes all the difference.
