At Amplify Consulting, being a small business has always been our strength. It allows us to stay close to the people we work with - listening, adapting, and creating strategies that feel personal. We may be a small team, but the outcomes we help shape alongside our clients reach far beyond our size.
Every partnership we take on is guided by four core values: common sense, integrity, creativity, and flexibility. These principles shape how we work each day. From the first meeting to the final deliverable, we focus on clear, honest communication, imaginative thinking, and practical solutions that respect our clients’ time and investment.
Last year, we were honoured to receive the Small Business of the Year award at the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards. The recognition reflects the meaningful relationships we’ve built, the trust our clients place in us, and the care our team puts into every project, big or small.

Our work is rooted in the belief that every message and story has a purpose. Whether we’re helping a non-profit share its impact, supporting a developer in connecting with a community, or collaborating with an Indigenous-led organization to strengthen its voice, we approach each project with the same goal: to amplify the good work already being done.
As we celebrate Small Business Week, we’re reminded that success doesn’t come from size or scale; it comes from connection, creativity, and commitment. We’re proud to be part of a business community that values collaboration, authenticity, and the positive difference small businesses make every day.
