At Amplify Consulting Inc., our work is rooted in something deeper than deadlines, deliverables, or even strategy. It’s rooted in our core values. Not the kind you paste on a wall and forget about, but the kind that guides our decisions, relationships, and how we show up for each other, and our clients, daily.
As we recently celebrated eight years in business, we reflect on what has allowed Amplify to grow, adapt, and thrive, not just as a business, but as a team. And it comes back to our core values:

1. Flexibility
In a world that’s constantly shifting, we don’t believe in rigid rules or a one-size-fits-all approach. Flexibility means meeting our clients, communities, and team members where they are. It involves asking: What is needed now? and being open to pivoting, supporting, and adapting in response to needs and what is helpful. Whether we need to adjust a campaign roll out or create space for someone to recharge, flexibility allows us to stay more human in how we work and more effective in what we deliver.
2. Creativity
Creativity is more than clever ideas. It’s a mindset. It allows us to see connections others miss, ask better questions, and turn challenges into possibilities. At Amplify, creativity is embedded in everything we do, from communications strategies to visual storytelling to how we collaborate as a team and with our clients. It’s how we keep things fresh, relevant, and meaningful.
3. Common Sense
We’re guided by common sense which leads to clarity. We reconsider our work if something doesn’t feel right or aligns with our values. Common sense grounds our work in clarity, practicality, and purpose. It helps us focus on what matters, cut through the noise, and offer straightforward solutions that work. It’s what keeps us efficient, dependable, and authentic.
4. Integrity
Integrity is the quiet force behind everything we do. It shows up in how we treat clients, communicate with transparency, and own our mistakes. Integrity means showing up honestly, doing what we say we will, and always putting relationships before ego. It’s not always the easy road, but it’s the one that builds trust, loyalty, and impact.
We recently completed a team-wide Birkman Assessment team day, where we took a deeper look at each person’s personality, working style, communication preferences, and needs. It was more than team training, but a powerful reminder that our values aren’t just principles on paper. They’re alive in the way we relate, collaborate, and support each other every day.

We learned how flexibility can look different from one person to another. We saw how creativity shows up uniquely in each of us. We noticed that common sense often grows out of a shared understanding. And we saw that integrity thrives when people feel safe and seen.
Our values aren’t just the ‘how’ of what we do what we do. They’re the why. They help us stay true to ourselves while doing work that helps others do the same, defining our purpose, clarifying our message, and amplifying our impact.
As we look toward the future, we are proud to continue building a company that is guided by our values. When the foundation is strong, everything we build together becomes stronger too, especially with the A-team (aka the best team ever) by our side.
