We are looking for a talented Communications Coordinator and Content Creator to join our team at Amplify Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of creating engaging content across various platforms. The successful candidate will love organization, care deeply about customer service, have an eagle eye for detail, and be an effective communicator. You are a great team player too, able to work with a driven and talented team. The work schedule is flexible, and work is primarily from home, with some in-person team meetings or client visits.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a communications or content creation role – if you don’t have experience, share how you’ll be a great fit to our team because we love to work with talented people who are ready to learn and work efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in graphic design or video production is a plus.

Work in collaboration with our team to develop and then execute comprehensive communication strategies.
Create and manage content across various channels including website, social media, blog, email marketing, and other digital and print materials.
Write and edit high-quality, compelling content for a variety of audiences.
Manage editorial/content calendars and ensure content is published on time and meets brand guidelines.
Collaborate with clients to develop messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts.
Flexible to work from anywhere, primarily your own home office. Some travel may be required for in-person team or client meetings/events. The successful candidate preferably lives within the Kamloops, B.C. region.
This position is set primarily in a home office setting with minimal lifting and carting of materials for external events.
Reports to CEO and Project Manager.
